If invited to apply for membership you will need an official transcript with Bachelors degree conferred, a head shot in professional attire, a copy of your drivers license or state id, a letter of recommendation and a personal statement of no more than 300 words stating
(i) why you wish to become a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.,
(ii) what you hope to gain from membership, and
(iii) how you intend to apply your past experiences and accomplishments if you are granted membership. Membership fees will also be due at time of application.
