Objective:

You are to answer 5 short answer questions all stemming from chapters 9, 10 & 11. You must answer at least one question from each chapter then the additional 2 are up to you. Each question will be worth 3 marks, therefore, 5 questions worth 3 marks each = 15 marks. All assignments must be completed in a word document and submitted to the Turnitin link provided on Blackboard by the due date. This is an individual assignment, you may not work together and submit the same work it should be your own work submitted. All questions can be answered with the PowerPoints and the course textbook.

There is no title page needed for this assignment and there should be no citing, you are to answer these questions in your own words. Your assignment should be organized according to chapter, for example if you are choosing to answer 2 questions from chapter 9, 2 questions from chapter 10 and 1 question from chapter 11 it would look like this:

  • Explain what is meant by the term “salt sensitive” and describe the characteristics of people most prone to this condition.
  • Describe characteristics of diets that are thought to be protective against cancer.
