Research Questions
The aim of the study will be realized by answering the following research questions:
- What role does technology play in helping managers implement effective KPI review procedures? Despite the KPI model being in place, some executives lack the expertise to implement and evaluate them. The answer will help evaluate the key performance indicators after they are established to this question.
- How well-suited are KPIs for measuring and analyzing organizational performance? The query will assist in addressing situations where KPIs are insufficient to establish the performance of employees on their own.
- What effect does KPI-based performance measurement have on worker performance and feedback? This inquiry can assist you in determining how KPI-based performance evaluation affects employee performance; do they enjoy the results? Do they think it is fair? How do they go over it? What should be done if the feedback is negative?
