RQ1: What are the underlying social, economic, and personal factors contributing to African Americans withdrawing from leadership within the restaurant industry?
RQ2: How do African Americans within Chicago’s hospitality industry describe their experiences partaking in leadership positions?
RQ3: What impact does the decline of African American restaurant leadership have on Chicago’s hospitality industry?
RQ4: What are the possible solutions that can increase African American leadership in the restaurant industry?
