patient teaching plan
Basically you will have to create a teaching plan on a patient who has chronic paranoid schizophrenia. The patient has mood disorders and likes to be in charge of everything. for example if the group is having a group session at the mental health facility he likes to take charge and if he doesn’t get his ways he becomes very disobedient and becomes angry. when he is on his meds he is good.let me know if you need any further info….
