The purpose of this project is to assess student competencies in utilizing the Indiana Code and apply their critical thinking/analytical thinking by applying the law to facts of a particular case to determine the outcome of the case. Students will also support their ruling through written rationales.
The purpose of this first part of the project is for students to locate and view the video at least once, taking notes as they watch it.
