Part One: Article summary:
1. Provide a summary of your article;
• Summarize the related literature (Literature review)
• What is the dependent variable?
• Explain the independent variable/intervention
2. Provide a description of the research design used in your article. Describe what you
have learned about this research design – connect to course readings
3. Describe the results (graphs) using the terms you have learned to describe data
paths (Level, Trend, Variability/Stability)
4. Was the intervention successful? Describe how experimental control is
demonstrated
Part Two: Dimensions of ABA:
Explain how your article demonstrates the Seven Dimensions of Applied Behaviour
Analysis. (Applied, Behavioural, Analytic, Experimental, Technological, Conceptually
Systematic, Generality). You covered these in BHS 101. You should be able to
connect your article to each dimension.
