Critically evaluate the evidence base for care in relation to clients in long-term & palliative/end of life care settings.

No need for introduction

You can choose to focus on a different topic for each of the five annotations, e.g…
caring for a patient with diabetes for LO1
the use of inhalers for a patient with COPD for LO2
patient priorities at end of life for LO3
the impact on patients and families living with MS for LO4
MDT approach to the care of a patient with renal failure for LO5.
Alternatively, you may wish to select one particular topic e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, for the focus of all five annotations.
The choice of topic must be relevant to the module learning outcomes, i.e. be linked to continuing, palliative or end of life care.
Note that there is no requirement for an introduction or a conclusion, or for any annotation to be included as an appendix.
