In this week’s journal, you will discuss some potential ethical challenges you may encounter in your use of technology. After reviewing this week’s readings, discuss the following:

  • Identify Ethical Challenges in Social Work and Technology

  • Discuss how you can manage the potential of unauthorized disclosure and the breach of confidentiality in your use of technology.
  • Identify the training you would need to be able to provide services using technology.
  • Determine if the field practicum offers any digital services. Then explain why or why not? Do you think more technology could be integrated to better serve your clients?
  • Identify your state’s requirements related to the use of technology as a professional social worker.
