The Summary should include a brief synopsis of the article, how the article is important to hospitality business development and how the article may be valuable to your future career generally or otherwise.
The Summary should be your version of the central idea and related factors from the article.
DO NOT REPRODUCE sentences and statements from the article.
The Summary will be evaluated on content, organization and grammar, punctuation, citation etc.
