In particular, how can ethics and your personal ethical code address problems that are often systemic (ex. racism, sexism)? Why do you think these identity markers are often tied up in questions/debates about ethics? To what extent has your work at your site placement challenged any biases you may have had about people from different backgrounds and perhaps challenged your perspectives?
