- Write a 1500-word paper that summarizes the conditions that led up to the event, what occurred during the event, and the final cost of the event. Be sure to include details about the event, such as the types of attacks that were used, the targets of the attack, and any consequences that resulted from the event.
- Identify what could have been done to prevent the event and propose a plan for how similar events could be prevented in the future. Be sure to consider both technical and non-technical measures that could have been taken
