The goal of this assignment is to provide exposure to the range and types of treatments that are being
evaluated in the literature. Students need to review a recent (within the last 10 years) peer-reviewed
article that provides empirical support for a treatment intervention for PTSD, childhood trauma, or a
trauma-related disorder. Each student will write an accompanying 2 to 3-page paper that describes the
treatment and intervention for trauma and citing at least three article readings. This paper will be
reviewed by Turnitin.com in D2L, and you can see the originality report. Papers are expected to be well-
written and in APA format. This assignment is worth of 50 points of your final grade in the course.
