Analyze that position using the personal characteristics described in chapters 4 and 5 to identify characteristics that are essential to success in this position. Characteristics might include personality traits, values, or aspects of emotional intelligence. Name the position and then describe the personal characteristics

Looking at the same position, what contributes to job satisfaction in this position? What could leaders or the organization do to improve job satisfaction for people in this position? Try to make connections to the SHRM (2020) report and Bannan (2022) article on job satisfaction and engagement. The required video for this week provides background to the report.
