Every energy source (coal, hydropower, natural gas, nuclear energy, oil, Renewables such as Solar and wind) has advantages and disadvantages. IMAGINE that YOU are a Texas energy Official and you have the responsibility to endorse ONE chief energy source for Texas. Which one would you choose (see page 352-353 in NPR for list)? Be sure to list at least five potential advantages AND disadvantages of your chosen source of energy? Was it a hard decision to make? Be sure to address all of these questions.
