Chapter 7 has us looking at the role of Teamwork, and how diversity is involved in and impacts teams. Toward that end, your weekly assignment is to complete and discuss Case Study Three. Found on page 214 in our textbook, we review the case of Michael, a black, college graduate and divorced father of a teenage son. This case-study traces Michaels involvement as a loner, in work groups. As you review the 2 questions posed for us there, think about both diversity and teamwork. Where and how do each impact Michael’s situation?
