In a 5-7 page paper, research and write about the standing of HRM today, and discuss what has occurred within industry concerning HRM over the past 20 years.
Your research must include at least 3 journal articles and 5 newspaper/magazine articles from reputable sources (ie no blogs, self published writings, etc).
Some topics to consider as you write:
a) Equitable pay and equitable work
b) Harrassment, bullying, and diversity
c) Equitable pay and equitable work
d) AI and automation
e) Minimum wage and livable wage
f) Unionization
Be sure to address the standing of HR departments within your discussion, as well as contrasting the difference between HR departments and HRM as a practice. Be sure to consider articles that are both critical and congratulatory of HR.
