1. Discussion- What do you think is the most significant impact covid 19 will have on the workplace- from a legal perspective?
2.There has been a growing sector of people who have left traditional employment relationships for what we call “gig work.” Please discuss what your thoughts are about the legal shift from the traditional employer/employee relationship to the growing number of independent contractors. Several lawsuits and some legislations has been passed regarding the classification of workers.
