1. Why do you think there are more sole proprietorships than corporations in the U.S.?
2. If a business owner plans to remain as a sole proprietor, what could he/she do to protect himself/herself from the threat of unlimited personal liability?
3. Do you think Federal or state governments should do more to encourage sole proprietors to incorporate? Why, or why not?
