Replie to Cecilia :In one reply, consider the potential unintended consequences to the triple bottom line (people, planet, and profit), how negative consequences can be detected early, and how the plan might be adapted to mitigate those. In the second reply, consider the impact of the proposed solution on various stakeholders and how the plan could be adapted to accommodate the stakeholders most adversely affected. Include all stakeholder groups affected (agriculture, tourism, residents, etc.), not just those on the decision-making boards.
