Paper 2: Final Paper on Infamous Criminal–25%–students will write a paper focused on an infamous criminal in history. The paper is due on Thursday, November 17 and is worth 25% of the total course grade. The paper will be a minimum of 5 pages in length, not including the title page and reference page.
Identify the criminal, describe his or her crimes and sentencing, and provide a biographical sketch of factors that might have given rise to his/her criminal activity.
Such factors as family life (abuse, divorce, socioeconomic status), performance in school and truancy, associations with friends, drug and/or alcohol abuse, psychological problems or early onset of socialization problems, IQ or developmental disabilities, and other of the many factors that might have contributed to his/her criminal life.
Complete an analysis of which of the crime theories/theory studied in class may help to explain the criminal life of the person you are researching?
The paper must be original research, supported by a minimum of 5 references or sources and written in APA style. The paper will be submitted to Turnitin for a check of originality.
