In the first chapter, we were introduced to various social psychological perspectives. For this discussion, please choose one of the perspectives that you learned about (sociocultural, evolutionary, social learning, or social cognitive) and use that perspective to interpret why men typically pay the expenses on a date.
GUIDELINE
In these discussions, you will be required to respond to questions that will
ask you to apply concepts in the text to real-world situations. You need to make
substantive responses of 150-200 words. You need to support your answers with
research and it must be cited. These discussions will be graded on three criteria:
integration of material from text/powerpoints, completeness in answering the
question and clarity (i.e. spelling, punctuation etc). These will account for 20% of
your grade.
