Training and Development needs for a HR officer’
1. Prepare slides for your presentation using PPT slides with notes for each slides.
(However, you are encouraged to work collaboratively to support one another through
to the final digital production of your finished presentation.) Individually submit the PPT slides on Turnitin (Assessment 1 link).
2. Personal Skills Audit Form and a completed SWOT analysis MUST be enclosed with the PPT slides as an APPENDIX
Ensure that your presentation:
a) Determine appropriate knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSB) that are required by HR
professionals across the department. Please refer to Appendix A for an overview of HR
Officer responsibilities.
b) Conduct a personal skills audit for yourself and a SWOT analysis (with the use of appendix
B & C) and identify training and development needs considering the knowledge, skills and
behaviours you identified in task
c) Critically assess the potential benefits to the organisation of developing you as an HR officer
through effective training and development.
d) Is within the requested 10 PPT slides.
e) Is presented in a professional way with notes
f) Keeps content concise and short
