o the organisational structure,
o operational efficiency,
o quality management, or
o quality of care.
Address at least 3 aspects of the change including:
o the status before the change process,
o triggers for change,
o feasibility of the change,
o planning for change,
o obtaining buy-in from and communicating with stakeholders,
o implementing change, and
o monitoring the results.
Critically analyse the approach taken by this organisation and compare their approach to the change management theoretical models and any other change management best practices found in your literature search.
