Outline of the project environment and problem to be solved
Marketing is an essential aspect of any business. Poor marketing strategies lead to loss or minimum profits, while good marketing strategies lead to high profits and success of the business. Therefore, the clients are small businesses in the UK who would wish to employ WhatsApp business in their operations. Currently, small businesses use Facebook, Twitter, and other social media apps to communicate with their clients. However, these methods have proven to be insufficient for effective communication. In most cases, it is hard to track and know the content that works for a given brand; therefore, the topic will provide insight into the WhatsApp business as an online marketing tool.
