tions as:
How will this organization or system welcome action learning
activities?
Will it be supported by top management?
How will people be made aware, invited and recruited?
How will problems or challenges be chosen?
Will participants have clients, sponsors or mentors?
Will there be any supporting activities to run alongside the action
learning sets, such as visits, meetings or seminars with external
people?
Is there any plan to follow up and take advantage of any
momentum created by the action learning sets?
How will any learning be shared in the wider organization or system
