ITEM 1. Describe and list the results of your personal static and dynamic postural assessments. Your results should include: Movement Impairments, Overactive Muscles, Underactive Muscles, and any known postural syndromes.

ITEM 3. In your description of your results explain why you think you display these muscle imbalances. What lifestyle movements (or lack of movements) contribute to your results.
