Critically evaluate the reporting requirements for experts and assessors laid
down in the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35, the Civil Procedure Practice
Direction Part 35 and the Criminal Procedure Rules Part 19.
• Define, differentiate and compare the conceptual themes, legal and
procedural features of the various dispute resolution methods.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the framework that defines and informs the
role of the forensic practitioner as an expert witness within the different
systems of dispute resolution.
