Identify the public officials on the various levels of government in the area you reside and how to contact.
Identify the county and state judicial districts you reside in (as it relates to the congressional districts).
Identify the schedule for meeting times, frequency, and location for each of the entities identified. Who can attend the meetings?
What committees do they currently serve? What are the responsibilities of the committees identified and/or do they work with health-related issues? If not, what committees directly work with health-related care issues. Are there any health-related items on the agendas for these committees or bodies of government? Does any information found about the persons identified indicate a position on major health related legislative initiatives or policies?
