Staffing and Human Resources Plan
For this assignment, identify your staffing needs and craft your staffing plan. Include days and hours needed, pay if any (no pay all volunteers), job duties, and expectations. Is there any training required? Are special skill sets required at certain locations?
How many staff members do you need, and where do you expect to recruit them from?
How will you recruit them to your event, and what do you plan to do to reward them for their work?
Do they need to sign waivers (yes waivers should be signed)? How many members of trained medical staff will you need for your event?
Are any road closures needed, and do you need any security?
Does the city/town require that you employ their off duty police, or EMT – and, if so, how much do you need to pay them? N
Create a report that outlines all of the above (but not limited to only the above) information, and address each of the identified items. Be sure to provide budget information in your report as well.
