Refer to the chart on page 37 of the Finzel text. According to Dr. John Maxwell in his book Developing the Leader Within You, there are five levels of leadership that explain why people in the context of an organization choose to follow (or resist) their leader.
French and Raven (1959) wrote about the five bases of power: Legitimate, Reward, Expert, Referent, and Coercive. Write a five-page paper comparing and contrasting Maxwell’s five levels of leadership with French and Raven’s five bases of power.
