In the coating and transportation part of the assignment, you need to explain the transportation between processing steps of all the ingredients (for example the type of food equipment needed for all of the ingredients needed in mixing and coating and the transportation equipment needed in between each step during mixing and coating of the pecans (mention any belts or pumps that will be needed in the facility to make these steps happen).

Explain food equipment needed to complete the mixing and coating of the final food product (whole pecans coated with apple powder, turbinado sugar, and cinnamon) and explain the different types of transportation equipment needed in order to transport the apple powder to coating for the pecans to mixing and coating for the pecans including the apple powder, turbinado sugar and cinnamon to roasting the final food product in an oven to chilling of the pecans once coated to packaging (list and explain all the equipment need for transporting/mixing/coating/roasting/chilling to listing and explaining the transportation equipment needed in between all of these steps). The pecans will come straight from the storage area to the coating area (explain what that area would look like in the facility or consist of and what piece of equipment or convey belts will be used to make that process happen) and also explain what type of equipment will be needed to lay the pecans on once transported in order to coat them.

With the pecans explain and discuss what type of equipment would you use to transport them from the storage area to the coating area and what type of equipment would be in the coating area in order for these things to take place and what type of equipment would you use for transportation between each step.

explain what type of oven needs to be used to roast the pecans after mixing and coating, considering the conditions of the oven for the type of food products you will be dealing with (keeping in mind time and temperature and how fragile the pecans are during roasting). After roasting the pecans the coated pecans we would need to chill them and then discuss that process and the equipment needed before sending to packaging.
