Who, specifically, is affected by this problem, and how does this problem specifically and adversely affect this group? How do you suggest we solve the problem? What are your proposed solutions to this problem, based on your research (not just your opinion)?

Building on your skill of identifying and explaining problems, this problem-based research paper will help you build the skill of offering solutions for the problem.
In this problem-based research paper, you will be adding to the questions of what, who, and why that you addressed in your problem report by additionally discussing the how: how does this problem specifically and adversely affect people (or animals, the environment, etc. etc.), and how do I propose to solve the problem?
The essay will be a minimum of 1000 words, not including the header, heading, title, or Works Cited page. Quotations should be properly formatted and include an in-text citation. It should include a minimum of five sources.
