book report]. The objective of these papers is to analyze the main ideas, assertions/arguments, and the assumptions presented by the author(s) and corresponding theory.

Why does this reading matter in building your perspectives of public administration?
The goal is a critical analysis of what you have read. Your response papers can compare/contrast the readings; agree/disagree with the readings for stated reasons; identify theoretical / methodological gaps in the readings etc. The papers are not
an editorial rant of your personal opinions.
