The purpose of the Term Paper is for you to explore a health care topic in depth, collect information about that topic, analyze that information, and make recommendations.
The topic of the Term Paper can be any area in the health care system that is of interest to you and that you want to explore further (it could be a topic that is covered later in the semester). The topic should have a narrow focus, and not a broad focus, such as Medicaid fraud. An example of an acceptable topic is comparing Medicaid fraud health carein two states or how has health care technology progressed in a specific state, what are its successes and failures?
