How will your team approach strategy (e.g. emergent, planned, discourse, etc.)?
a) Define your strategy statement (1-2 sentences).
b) Define your strategic view and strategic process. Explain how they will influence your decision-making process throughout the building of your digital strategy.
c) What are the benefits and risks of this approach? Identify and explain two benefits and two risks.
