You are a consultancy group engaged to help a large energy company change transition from fossil fuels to new energy sources. Develop a change management strategy and plan for the business in the form of a written report, explaining your ideas through concepts and frameworks that you have learned, to produce an actionable plan.
1. Introduction (200 words)
– Conditions of the sector
– VUCA world
– Why Change Management is important and necessary in this sector and organisation (Energy)
2. Problems and Solutions (250-300 words) and Draw a mind map or a flow chart
– Current state and desired state of the organisation (Energy)
– Problems: base on Energy Transition after the Paris Agreement Document etc. – Solutions: Define why is the transition happening from fossil fuels to new energy resources and how?
3. Stakeholders Interests – Internal and External (200-250 words)
– Identify who is impacted by the change and how?
The report must be word-processed, and must follow a report format, including correct referencing (Harvard style), formatting, layout and grammar. In relation to referencing, the report must include accurate and detailed in-text referencing as well as a list of references. And follow an essay format.
Note plagiarism – the use of others’ words without attribution – is considered a severe offence, and will lead to serious consequences (including subject failure).
