International financial law practice module
The LAW OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCE PRACTICE PROJECT is a 40 Credit module which is an alternative to writing a 40 credit academic dissertation. It will be focused on all the major transactions covered in LOIF 1,2 and 3 which are carried out by investment banks, transnational banks and multinational corporations in the global financial markets which have developed in London, New York and Tokyo as well as in locations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Paris, Shanghai and Sydney.
You will be required to write a paper on a fact pattern which will traverse most/ all topics covered in LOIF 1 3 and providing advice to clients, drafting clauses and structuring a transaction in a practical manner.
It may be taken ONLY by students taking Law of International Finance 1 and 3.
