The Effective Teacher
As an administrator, you will rely on your professional judgment when conducting observations. Keeping in mind the potential impact of bias and interpretation on evidence, use what you have learned so far in this course (and your work experience) to evaluate what is occurring in this classroom scene (attached).
Write a brief paper (2 or 3 pages) describing what you observed. Include at least three characteristics that lead you believe this is an effective teacher and not a marginal performer.
