Create a proposal or presentation for continued funding of a related program.
Create two separate proposals, one that addresses liberal viewpoints and one that addresses conservative viewpoints. Both proposals should support the the same program for continued funding.
Convince each group that continued funding is essential to the well-being of its recipients (target population).
Address the following in each proposal:
• The party platform principles
• How the program advances the party agenda
• Program data related to target population outcomes
Research the law or policy to determine:
o The main purpose of this law or policy
o The main population affected by this law or policy
o How this law or policy affects the population it is intended to serve
