Evaluate the results and establish whether there is indeed a sufficient evidence to believe that the response variable (Cheap labor outsourcing) has a linear relationship with productivity,trade and innovation of our country ?(Arnold, et al., 2005).
Should government and private sector consider accelerating the high-tech industries development while at the same time maintaining the currently existing cheap labor outsourcing?
