This is the second expert witness, so you will need to determine the relative credibility of Dr. Bloom compared to Dr. Parker. As before, take note of the amount of patient contact, support for the diagnosis, tone, objectivity, expertise, experience, and anything else you think might matter to determine which expert is the most believable.
