Part B – Addressing health issues

Part C – Program Management plan
Prepare a plan to implement a health program to address one of the issues you identified in Part A or B. Your plan must include:
program scope/objectives that would be in line with industry and in consultation with your workplace colleagues
administrative and reporting structure for implementation including, employees responsible for action(s)
marketing strategy and engagement plan for employees inclusive of method(s) used to communicate information
a strategy for monitoring and tracking progress of implementation against project milestones that includes
The actions and tools you use to ensure the implementation of the program meets timelines must be included
an explanation as why it is important to monitor the progress of the program.
You must ensure that your plan is reflective of organisational goals and objectives.

Part D –Obtain support from senior management
Prepare an email to a senior manager and all relevant stakeholders in the organisation that provides a detailed explanation of your Program Plan (Part C). Your email must include:
Scope/objectives of the program
An explanation of the issue and a reason for the solution
The consultation process (industry consultants, colleagues, and managers)
The administrative and reporting structure for implementation
Marketing plan to engage employees
Evaluative process
Request for feedback or approval
Review the corporate structure and WHS responsibilities for the case study organisation to help you identify the relevant people to include in the email. Part E – Communication plan
Your role as the Amplitude Consultant from AMPLITUDE is to be fully involved and engaged in the pre-launch planning and implementation stages of the EAP or Wellbeing program.
Prepare a plan explaining the stakeholders you will communicate with, the frequency and methods you will use in order to ensure implementation milestones and marketing strategies in Part C are met. Use the Appendix 3: Communication plan to prepare your plan for communication (275 words approx.)
Send an email to all key stakeholders communicating the communication plan. Seek input from the stakeholders to ensure that communication methods and program milestones will be reached within the agreed timelines. Use Appendix 2: Email Template. (200 words approx.)
If you are using the Case Study, you will need to look at the corporate structure carefully to help you identify the relevant people. Part F – Health and Wellbeing Policy
Prepare a policy using Appendix 4 – Health and Wellbeing policy that provides guidelines on what the services are for the program you developed in parts B, C and D and E. Be sure to reference using OC standard formatting and list the references on the Reference page.
