Project Management Processes Common to Contemporary Technology-Intensive Organizations
This report will analyze project management’s different aspects in modern technology-intensive organizations. The common methods used for evaluating and selecting the projects will be analyzed; also we will talk about how the selection of project is accomplished and what is their fundamental planning. Furthermore we will identify cost control of the projects and in the last part we will examine how technology-intensive organizations are using CPM for project scheduling.
