For the last two years, the local community center in an inner city neighborhood has been hosting basketball training camps and a basketball tournament for troubled inner city youths. The community center also provides tutoring and in order to play basketball, and the young men must maintain a C+ average in school. The original grant which funded this project is about to expire.
