Introduce the issue. What do we mean by medication errors, how common are they and what impact do they have? You might look to identify some form of definition and present some statistics. Having identified the issue of medication errors you can begin to link to the main body of the work to round off this section. Medication errors are clearly a problem that needs to be understood and minimised. So, to investigate this further, the literature was searched to examine research published on this problem.
