Policy implementation-Discuss how you would make clients aware of policy changes. Clients need to be made aware of changes/additions of social policy. Some social programs have historically been underutilized simply because clients did not know they were eligible or that the services were even available. Develop a brochure, poster or other form of media which will communicate this change to clients.
